- Is this a subscription?
- No. Revuo Pro is a one-time $49 purchase that gives you a perpetual licence to the major version you bought. You will never be billed again unless you choose to upgrade to a future major version.
- What does my licence cover?
- One machine at a time. You can move the activation to a new machine yourself from your account — sign out the old device, activate the new one. No support ticket needed for upgrades or workstation swaps.
- Are updates free?
- Yes, for the entire major version you bought. If you buy v1.1 today, you also get 1.2, 1.3, 1.4 and so on as we ship them — at no extra cost. A future v2.x release may be a paid upgrade (it isn’t today; we’ll tell you well in advance if it ever is).
- What about taxes?
- Lemon Squeezy handles all sales tax / VAT for us as our Merchant of Record. The price you see at checkout is the final price for your country — tax inclusive where applicable. We see the same net amount whether you’re in the EU, US, UK or anywhere else.
- Can I get a refund?
- We don’t offer a separate money-back guarantee because we offer a 14-day free trial so you can fully test the product before paying. We will still refund honest mistakes (wrong product, duplicate purchase, our own bug) — see /refund for the details.
- How do I pay?
- Card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and local payment methods in many regions — all processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy handles billing, tax, and invoices so we never see your card details.
- Will the price change?
- Possibly — early adopters get the $49 price locked in. If we raise it later, your existing licence is unaffected. Buy now to lock it.
