Privacy Policy
Revuo is self-hosted software. This policy describes how the Revuo application and the Revuo AI Cuts Adobe Premiere panel handle data.
1. Self-hosted by design
Revuo runs entirely on infrastructure you control — your own machine, your own server, or your own network. Revuo Ltd does not operate servers that receive, store, or process your project files, video, or client feedback.
2. What the Premiere panel does
The Revuo AI Cuts panel communicates only with the Revuo server URL you configure in the panel settings. It does not connect to Revuo Ltd servers, Adobe servers, or any other third party.
- Video files and project data are uploaded directly to your Revuo server.
- Login credentials are sent only to your Revuo server and are never stored in the panel itself.
- No usage analytics, crash reports, or telemetry are collected by the panel.
3. AI features
Revuo's optional AI features (auto-cut suggestions, comment analysis) are processed by the Revuo server, not the Premiere panel. If your Revuo server is configured to use the Anthropic API for AI processing, review comment text may be sent to Anthropic in accordance with Anthropic's privacy policy. This is an optional feature controlled by the server administrator and is disabled by default.
4. Cookies and tracking
The revuo.live website uses no tracking cookies and no third-party analytics. The Revuo web application (hosted on your server) may set a session cookie for authentication; that cookie is stored on your server and is not accessible to Revuo Ltd.
5. Data you share with us
If you contact us for support or purchase a license, we may collect your name and email address. We use this only to fulfill your request and do not share it with third parties.
If you sign up for launch notifications on revuo.live, we store the email address you provide so that we can email you when Revuo launches. This list is held on our hosting infrastructure (Cloudflare), is used only for the launch announcement, and is never sold or shared with third parties. You can ask us to remove your address at any time by emailing support@revuo.live.
6. Children
Revuo is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
7. Changes
We may update this policy. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the software after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
